Our clients were looking for an attractive traditional oak framed garden building which would enhance their period house whilst providing a modern functional space for their family to use as a garden studio, games room and gym.
The building includes a gallery/mezzanine level, shower, wc, kitchen and lounge area and plenty of space to accommodate gym machines and a pool table. There is also storage space for garden equipment. The two sets of french doors bring in plenty of light and the oak verandah, overlooking the tennis court, provides a characterful feature, adding to the charm of this garden building.
We took care of every stage of the project, starting with the groundworks ( foundations, the base of the building and the installation of services). The oak frame of the building was made in our workshops and erected by our carpenters on site. We managed the roofing of the building, the installation of electrics, plumbing, kitchen and shower room installation, the internal fit-out, flooring and decorating, right through to the completion of the building, ready to use.
